Cancellation Policy
Spa Treatment Cancellations and/or changes must be made 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment or service. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service.
Pre-Payment is required for all appointments at time of booking
Arrival Time
Syracuse & Albany Clients:
We invite you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in and relax in our waiting area.
Rochester Clients:
We invite you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first treatment to relax and unwind. Enjoy a delicious beverage from our Fertile Ground Café while you wait. Our steam shower is available upon request before or after your treatment subject to availability. Please callto reserve
Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will limit time for your treatments. All treatments will end at the appropriate scheduled times.

Spa appointments may be scheduled with our reservations department or at each individual location. Please call us as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of your requested service. We require a major credit card and telephone number to confirm your appointment.
- Spa Policies
-Alcohol is prohibited on the CNY Healing Arts premise. There are no exceptions. You are welcome to bring light snacks to be enjoyed in our spacious dining areas. - -Our Resting Area is a quiet oasis; we kindly ask that your voice remains as a whisper and please place all mobile devices on “silent” mode.
- -Proper usage time in aqua terrace, steam showers, and dry saunas will vary due to individual health considerations. Please use in moderation.
- -Drink plenty of water before and after treatments to avoid dehydration.
- -Swimsuits are required when using the Aqua Terrace.
