We are operating on guidelines set by New York State and the CDC
Our top priority is to keep a safe, healthy, and clean environment for our staff and clients. Our team is so excited to be back and will ensure each guest’s experience is just as rejuvenating as ever!
Face masks are required for all staff & clients whether you are vaccinated or not.
We will discontinue wellness screenings and temperature checks upon arrival but ask for you to monitor your own symptoms and cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
Pre-payment is still required for all appointments at the time of booking.
We will continue strict cleaning protocols daily and in between each appointment on all areas that are high in traffic.
Due to the expansion of our CNY Fertility Center, our amenities will remain closed. The outdoor terraces are available to enjoy before or after your service.
