Food can be nourishing, healing, and delicious. The choices you make can positively influence your fertility, energy level, and overall wellness. We believe that clean, natural foods help to create an ideal environment for achieving all of your goals, and we would like to help you make the healthiest choices. We offer multiple nutrition workshops throughout the year, and our practitioners are also available to guide you towards healthy food habits.
Sugar is the oxidative stress that causes most of our ailments: obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and even infertility. Let’s be kind to ourselves, and eliminate these foods that cause inflammation in our bodies: Grains (pasta, bread, baked goods, cereal, rice), milk, juice, beer, root vegetables (potatoes, carrots), beans, and lentils.
Foods to eat:
Shop the perimeter of the store and when possible, choose grass fed and/or organic. Meats, eggs, fish, shellfish, vegetables (mostly green vegetables, and those that grow above ground), and fats (oils, avocado, grass fed butter; full fat cheese and Greek yogurt). Fruits contain high levels of sugar, so limit this group to berries in moderation. Nuts in moderation.
