Nia is purposeful movement performed the body’s way. Nia blends the energies of the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Nia helps you listen to your body and journey toward integration of body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Most importantly, Nia bring you joy! When you come to class you can expect to move barefoot, connect to self and others, and hopefully smile and laugh.
Classes are on Wednesdays at 4:15 and 5:40.
