Join Erin McCollough, RYT and LMT for this yoga class that is designed for women and couples who are struggling to conceive. In yoga, a kula means tribe or community. The kula is considered sacred because it is a group of people who come together freely, with intention and a shared sense of purpose. In this way, the traditional idea of yoga as a personal and individual practice can be expanded to include more social aspects and experiences of connection with others as well as the self. This is just as important as the yoga asana practice itself when going through fertility treatments as research has shown this directly improves pregnancy results. This class is one part sharing, one part mindset training, one part yoga and one part connecting to the universal divine that supports all of us. Working on all parts of yourself in this way will directly improve your ability to face challenges, overcome them with more ease and persist so you can obtain your goal.
