Vinyasa Yoga: Mondays 6:15-7:30pm. In Vinyasa Yoga, every movement is mindful and purposeful. We'll flow seamlessly from pose to pose while linking movements with breath in this active, motion based class. Themes of mindfulness, presence and stress reduction are woven throughout the practice. Although this is not a beginner class, modifications are always available and all skill levels are welcome! Pre-registration is required at the front desk or at 585-244-1280 ext 2. $15 drop-in rate, or packages available.
