What Dr. Rob has to say about Yoga:
Yoga Day USA was created by the Yoga Alliance, an organization of yoga teachers and schools committed to furthering the practice of yoga, fostering community involvement and bolstering the integrity of its members. Yoga is a centuries-old form of meditation and exercise that is currently practiced by at least 30 million Americans.  Like other medical experts, Dr. Rob Kiltz believes that practicing yoga increases flexibility, aligns the body and helps women and men become more mindful and centered.

Dr. Kiltz, in a recent article about Brenda Strong, a well-known actress and yoga practitioner who is national spokesperson for the American Fertility Association, explained his beliefs regarding yoga and fertility. “Yoga for fertility is a powerful practice that helps men and women reduce stress and anxiety, become more mindful and centered, and therefore, improve the body’s ability to conceive,” he explained.
