Our new yoga session, in Syracuse, begins today and it runs Aug. 25th – Oct. 19th – all classes from the previous session will continue. We also have two iRest Yoga Nidra classes in October, for you to sample this new offering. We hope to see you on the mat soon!  Monday: 4:30- 5:45 pm
