Beginner Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes continuous fluid movement between postures, coordinated with each breath. Develop body awareness, learn basic postures (asanas), and proper alignment. Learn how to sequence breath and movements together while challenging your body and mind.
Gentle Yoga: This is a safe, nurturing class. Perfect for beginners, prenatal/postnatal women, seniors, or people recovering from injury. No yoga experience necessary.
Hatha Yoga: A combination of gentle and challenging breathing exercises and postures. This class is designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, release tension, enhance confidence, and nurture a feeling of overall well being Appropriate for beginners, as well as experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice.
Kripalu Yoga: A conscious practice of physical yoga postures, breathwork and relaxation techniques for integrating body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome.
Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga: Classes create a community of women staying healthy and active during this unique stage of life. Designed to stretch, strengthen and relax. No yoga experience necessary.
Warm Detox Flow: A flowing practice designed to detoxify and rejuvenate the body. The room is slightly heated to help release toxins allowing for a deeper sense of purification and renewal.
Yoga for Fertility: A relaxing class designed to reduce stress; cultivate a more loving connection to the body; gently stimulate energy and circulation in the reproductive tract. No yoga experience necessary. Couples welcome.
Yoga for Stress Relief: A slower-paced class designed to release blocked energy and relieve tension in the body and mind. Breathing techniques paired with gentle movement make this class ideal for beginners, prenatal or postnatal women, or more advanced practitioners looking for stress relief.
