“Take time for healing. Take time for what soothes your body, your mind, your soul.
Take a bath. Light a candle. Read a book. Take a walk. Get a massage. See your favorite healer if you desire. See a movie. Buy some flowers. Drink a cup of tea.
Sometimes we talk ourselves out of doing something healing for ourselves. We’re too busy, too tired. But that is when we most need to take care of ourselves. Listen to your heart. What does it want? Listen to your body. What does it need? Trust what you hear.”
As we approach this busy holiday season and time of year, it is important to take the time that is needed for ourselves—whatever that may be. Taking the time to reconnect with ourselves allows us to see the direction in which we want to go in life, and envision the things which we desire. When we focus on what we want, we bring about just that.
It is in these meditative moments that we are able to see all the blessings that we have in our lives and how thankful that we are for them. The more we are open to seeing the blessings in our lives, the more they occur.
There are times when we feel broken, sad, and frustrated. Letting it all go through quiet reflection and meditation, and asking the universe for what you need helps you form an intention. Once we do this, it helps to guide us. Hold onto that intention and those desires daily to bring them to fruition.
“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark 11:24
