Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive 24 hours notice we will charge your credit card or bill you for 50% of the cost of the services scheduled.

Packages

All pre-purchased packages and promotional packages are non-refundable.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Upon request, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company. We are not able to provide direct billing to individual insurance carriers.

A Note to Our Guests

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service. This will allow ample time to check in, change, and relax for a few moments before your service. We will provide you with robe and slippers.

Depending on the service you choose, you may be asked to disrobe to your comfort level. Our trained therapists use professional draping techniques, insuring discretion and comfort at all times during your service.
