Circle of Hope: Is There More?

I haven’t written “is there more?” in a while. It’s always quite an adventure to find “more” and when I find “it,” I feel compelled to write. I would like to share a story with you about the Circle of HOPE and an evening of Having Only Positive Energy.
I had the opportunity to share in the Circle of Hope support group here at CNY Fertility Center in Latham, NY. I always take away more than I can ever give. I almost feel guilty that what is shared amongst the group is such a benefit to me. Tonight was a special night. Six of the participants, seven including myself, shared a common challenge: miscarriage. The evening began with the discussion of facing fear. We visualized our challenge of miscarriage. Some were facing it for the first time. Some had to be faced with it once again. We invited fear to come before us. Fear came with anger, fear came with tears. We looked fear right in the eye and then, just as it came, positive energy filled the room as each person who shared their journey was asked to complete their story with encouragement and optimism. Fear left the room. Positivity was now with us. Tears cleansed our souls.
The book Everyday Positive Thinking by Louise Hay was showcased and some of the quotes in the book were shared. Negative can be turned into positive if we only look beyond what is in front of us. “Remove the obstacles and untangle the clutter that’s standing between you and the productive, fulfilling life that you crave.” (Julie Morgenstern p. 93) Quietly we asked the universe for what we want; we will stop trying and focus our energies on doing. We visualized our journeys like a tree taking root. Though there may be many twists and turns and forks in our path, eventually the tree does take hold, nurtures, and grows.
Michelle shared a beautiful story of her journey. Initially she wondered when “this” would end. Just like the tree, roots do not end and neither will our journeys. They continue to grow. At the end of our evening, Michelle shared that she felt this was not an end but a beginning for her. Is it any wonder the gift I receive from our clients? There is always more.
Thank you to a wonderful Circle of Hope support group, that I had the privilege and the pleasure of joining.

Is There More Continued…. Garden of the Mind

In this next edition of, Is There More?… we will be focusing on the Garden of the Mind.
Do you have loss of faith or hope? Do you feel your mind focuses on the negative? Do you feel nothing good happens to you? Mary Qualters, owner of the Chakra Garden for Mind and Body Healing recently joined the Circle Of Hope Support Group in the Latham office for an evening of Spring Cleaning—Getting rid of the negativity. Mary started the evening asking the group, how many times have they heard, “I understand” when it comes to discussing infertility with family and friends. Mary understands. She herself had a fertility journey which she shared with all of us. Mary guided us through her journey and while she did not ever achieve a child, she created a garden of hope, a center for healing. Mary’s garden became her child. Mary welcomes clients to her garden and is fulfilled by their achievements and success. Mary shared the garden of the mind. We need to keep well that garden and weed out all the negative energy. We are to have no weeds in our gardens. Mary led us on a pathway of vibrations. She encourages us to vibrate in a happy place.
The most important goal in our lives is to feel good. We want to achieve the highest vibration possible. The goal and the highest vibration in our group that evening would be to achieve having a baby. The lowest vibration would be depression and despair. Even anger is a higher vibration than depression. With anger, we feel an emotion, and that is better than feeling nothing at all. Mary highly encourages the group to keep your eye on the target. Don’t focus on how you will achieve it, just know that you will. One of the participants in the group questioned Mary, “How do you go on after a negative outcome?” Mary likened the situation to when you hurt your toe. Allow the hurt to happen and then when your toe is not throbbing in pain, you can start again. You can achieve a higher vibration when the pain has dissipated. Another participant asked, “How can you move on when you feel like you’ve done something wrong in not achieving a pregnancy?” Mary tells us Do Not analyze what you’ve done “wrong.” It’s not your job. No one is at fault. Take this burden off your shoulders and keep an eye on what you want. Act as if you already have achieved your goals. Expect a good outcome.
And a good outcome it shall be.

Is There More?

I think we have all been in a situation where we have asked, is there more I could have done? Is there more someone else can do for me? In corporate America, more is better.
We have been taught to always achieve for more. The harder one works, the more you will have. Well, I am here to tell is there is more. But more doesn’t necessarily mean more challenges that must be faced. Asking for what you want can actually be more relaxing and more rewarding. I am here to talk about the world that doesn’t exist on earth. Meditation, mediation, guided imagery, and clairvoyance can lead you to a world beyond this world. I was interested in what lies ahead of this world long before I met Kelly Ballard. A client of CNY Fertility & Healing Arts in Latham, NY, introduced Kelly to me. As soon as I heard Kelly’s voice on the phone, I knew there was more. Now I had to find out, how to get more.
Kelly’s soft-spoken voice and calming aura surrounded me as we met for the first time at in the CNY Fertility & Healing Arts offices. Instantaneously I was engulfed in her energy. But what surprised me is how quickly she focused in on my energy and the Spirit Babies that were around me. I was familiar with Spirit Babies and the book written by Walter Makichen.
I had not a clue that giggling little bundles of energy were surrounding me. Kelly taught me how the energies around me were waiting to enter this dimension. Some had tried to enter, only to learn that it was not their time. They would have to wait. That evening, Kelly brought Spirit Babies to CNY Fertility. Our evening began with our clients relaxing and listening to Kelly’s meditation CD, Beginnings. Then each participant was able to experience first hand, Kelly’s expertise with the spirit world. Kelly brought energy, hope, excitement, and yes, some tears to our clients. But she brought them more. She gave them the energy to continue their journeys whatever pathway they would have to follow. Kelly also brought something to me that I will cherish forever. I always want to do more for our clients at CNY Fertility & Healing Arts. Every one of our clients are so special that I knew there was more I could do for them. Kelly focused on my energy to bring these Spirit Babies to each of you. I focus every day on what special entity will enter this dimension. I know I have found More.
Kelly Ballard will be joining CNY Fertility Center, Latham, NY on March 16th, at 7pm, for a repeat energy group of Spirit Babies. Please join us! RSVP to Stacey Dicerbo at sdicerbo@cnyfertility.com.
