Embrace the creative flow of your child and the moment. This workshop offers a chance for you and a wee little person (ages 1-4) to reflect on energetically playing with others and developing a sense of breath and body. Kids’ Yoga can benefit young scholars (improves concentration), musicians/artists (brings out creativity), athletes (increases flexibility and strength), as well as children with emotional or physical challenges. When an adult does Yoga with a child it encourages uplifting openness and consciousness to the ways we are continually growing.

Feel the interplay of energy between you and your junior as you concentrate on movement, breath and body alignment. This workshop offers you and a child (ages 5-13) a chance to explore the body and breath. Body and breath awareness can help us understand how We react and interact with others and the environment. Awareness of self improves concentration, brings out creativity, increases flexibility and strength, as well as helps balance emotions. When an adult does Yoga with a child it encourages uplifting openness and consciousness to the ways we are continually growing.
