Embrace the energy of a child as you learn more about yourself. Kids’ Yoga can benefit young scholars (improves concentration), musicians/artists (brings out creativity), athletes (increases flexibility and strength), as well as children with emotional or physical challenges. When an adult does Yoga with a child it encourages uplifting openness and is conducive to exploring the ways we grow.
This workshop, taught by Kelly Schalk, offers a chance for little and big people to get exercise while learning how to channel negative energy (anger, sadness and anxiety) into positive energy (love, happiness and Peace). Proceeds go to a student education fund.
