We are excited to share our NEW yoga class schedule that begins on Monday, October 8th. There are a couple of new classes on the schedule, we hope to see you on the mat soon! Yoga for Fertility Classes: This is a free offering and has become extremely popular, which is so exciting to us! You must pre-register if you wish to attend our Wednesday class, 7:00-8:30pm, with Erin McCollough or our new Saturday class, 8:45-10:15am, with Ijlal Lenio. Registration for the new session starts on Thursday 10/4.
Meditation & Movement
Tuesday, October 9th, 5:15-6:15pm – Fee $20
With Shelley Szymko-Carroll, L.Ac: Calm & de-stress with gentle movements that are used to open and relax the mind making meditation easy to achieve. We will use simple visualizations to focus the mind and instill relaxation & peace. This class is for beginners, as well as those who meditate regularly. Ladies Night Out at CNY
Friday, October 19th, 5:45pm-8:00pm-Fee $40
Come and enjoy 2 hours of pure bliss! Sample our services while snacking on hors d’oeuvres and sipping a glass of wine or a warm, refreshing drink from the Fertile Grounds Café. Services may include chair massage, acupuncture, esthetics and yoga! Guests will rotate throughout the spa in small groups, enjoying spa treatments and learning about what we have to offer. Conversations with the Universe: Men’s Retreat

We will explore the idea of taking those experiences in life that make you sad, unhappy and fearful and shifting the energy and our thoughts to see them as a journey of perfection and expansion. Fertile Foods and Supplements
Tuesday, October 23rd, 6:00-8:00pm – No Fee
Shelley Szymko-Carroll, L.Ac., will discuss how a healthy diet can improve fertility and increase your chances for pregnancy: key nutrients and the recommended dosages of supplements; how sugar, caffeine, and dairy products may affect fertility, and the benefits for some women to eat gluten-free. Male nutritional and supplement recommendations will also be given so that both partners are maximizing your chances to conceive. Dietary recommendations are made based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and foods are discussed based on their energetic benefits for fertility using the cookbook, Cooking for Fertility by Kathryn Simmons-Flynn. Rest and Restore!: A Restorative Yoga Workshop
Saturday, October 27th, 12:00-1:15pm-Fee is $16
With Ijlal Lenio, RYT: in this workshop you will completely restore your body and mind with a deliciously slow practice. Restorative postures held for longer periods of time, fused with breath and meditation allow for the release of both physical and mental tension. Moving in Postnatal
Saturday, October 27th, 2pm-3:15pm-Fee is $16
In this period, much time is spent in creating a rhythm with baby and adjusting to your postnatal body. As your body has reorganized, it’s time to step back onto your mat! Join Ijlal Lenio, RYT, to learn how you can re-engage with your body and move into a yoga practice.
