FREE Yoga Classes at CNY Healing Arts for Yoga Day USA!

Dr. Rob Kiltz Celebrates Yoga Day USA by offering FREE Yoga classes at his three CNY Healing Arts locations in Syracuse, Rochester and Albany. Anyone is welcome to attend. The classes will be presented to honor Yoga Day USA, an annual nationwide initiative whereby hundreds of yoga instructors offer classes at reduced prices.

Yoga Day USA was created by the Yoga Alliance, an organization of yoga teachers and schools committed to furthering the practice of yoga, fostering community involvement and bolstering the integrity of its members. Yoga is a centuries-old form of meditation and exercise that is currently practiced by at least 30 million Americans.  Like other medical experts, Dr. Rob Kiltz believes that practicing yoga increases flexibility, aligns the body and helps women and men become more mindful and centered.
