Holiday Yoga Class Schedule

Due to the holidays our yoga classes will be canceled, at all locations, on Wednesday November 25th, Thursday 26th and Friday 27th in the month of November. With the exception of the Wednesday 10am Yoga class at our Latham, CNY Healing Arts Center. Our Rochester Center will also be canceling their Saturday, November 28th classes.

In the month of December our yoga classes will be canceled on Thursday, 24, Friday 25th,  Saturday, 26th, Thursday 31st and also Friday, January 1st.
