Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

Join Cynthia Powers-Broccoli for a transformational Mindfulness Meditation Workshop where you will learn ancient yogic techniques to help quiet the mind.  Through the practice of guided meditation, you will gain greater clarity, calmness and insight in facing your everyday experiences – even life’s challenges can be transformed into occasions for self-exploration, deepening your personal strength and wisdom.  Stress melts away when we quite the mind and meditate. Latham CNY Healing Arts Center:

Fertility Enhancing Foods Workshop
Thursday, July 23rd, 2009, 6:00-7:30pm
Join Rebecca Rice to learn how to make simple recipes to enhance your fertility. We will taste test several dishes and you will take home recipes that you and your family can enjoy. Eating for your specific constitution according to the principles of Chinese medicine will be discussed. This workshop will take place in our beautiful kitchen. Cost to attend is $15.
