Pilates classes changed, welcoming Yoga-lates
What is Yogalates?
Yogalates emphasizes balance, correct breathing, and mindfulness; while attaining specific postures, developing strength, flexibility and stability. You will find that Yogalates has a natural flow of smooth and controlled movements allowing both practices to synchronize beautifully together as one. Yogalates is great for almost anyone. It is ideal for someone who is just starting out and wants to get the feel for the two different practices or for the serious enthusiast who has a great passion and love for both.
Yogalates will be held at CNY Healing Arts on Thursdays with Shannon from 4:30 – 5:30 starting July 10th. The Tuesday 4:30 pilates class will be canceled.
