Massage: Therapy that feels good
Here is an excerpt of an article, related to massage therapy, that was recently posted to Syracuse.com
By Amber Smith / Health & Fitness Editor
Practitioners say people with injuries or chronic pain can benefit from therapeutic massage. Some people find relief from massage therapy they don’t get from a prescription bottle. These aren’t frazzled workers who need help relaxing. And they’re not ladies of leisure who while away the day at Mirbeau or Skana.
“There are several places to receive massage and bodywork in Central New York, all offering different modalities and skill levels,” says Capozzi, the lead massage therapist at CNY Healing Arts. Read the full article on massage therapy at Syracuse.com here.
“Living Your Best Life” Workshop
“Living Your Best Life”
with Dr. Robert Kiltz, MD and Elaine Wolf Steinberg, LMFT, MSW
CNY Healing Arts is proud to offer a mini-workshop that focuses on helping you improve your life. We are excited to share tools we have learned to succeed in life with you. Our meeting will focus on creating positive attitudes and intentions. In essence, you will “learn the secret.” We will begin by learning and doing some breathing techniques together. Then Dr. Kiltz will share his passion and wisdom about the subject with you. Elaine will clearly spell out “the secret” and guide an activity to help you learn and integrate the same. We will do some easy movement together and end with meditation if time allows.
