Albany COH March meeting changed to 3/18.

We had to cancel the meeting on 3/11 for Albany’s Circle of Hope Support Group. It has been re-scheduled for 3/18.

Join this peer support group for current and former patients of CNY Fertility who are experiencing difficulties coping with the realities of infertility, treatments, and pregnancy loss. This autonomous group was created by former patients and is a forum to ask questions about treatments, discuss how best to cope with the emotional aspects of infertility, and to learn about different paths to parenthood from others experiencing the same issues.

Nia Classes Begins 3/19!

Nia is purposeful movement performed the body’s way. Nia blends the energies of the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Nia helps you listen to your body and journey toward integration of body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Most importantly, Nia bring you joy! When you come to class you can expect to move barefoot, connect to self and others, and hopefully smile and laugh.

Classes are on Wednesdays at 4:15 and 5:40.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Seminar Friday, March 21st

Donald Clarke, L.Ac. will offer a seminar on lifestyle and diet. He will speak specifically about how diet, exercise, and alternative medicine treatments can enhance one’s fertility. He will also discuss foods which help each specific infertility factor, and those which may be hindering your attempts to conceive.
